東吳大學中文系畢業。曾任天下文化資深編輯、93巷人文空間副理、優劇團藝術總監特別助理、格林文化出版公司專案經理，現為自由撰稿者。著有《看見希望——非洲阿福台灣之旅》，獲選為行政院新聞局第27次推介中小學生優良課外讀物，曾榮獲2001年度圖書美術編輯金鼎獎（天下文化出版）；小天下出版《我最喜愛的中國神話》，獲「好書大家讀」年度最佳少年兒童讀物獎。
Wen-Chuan Tseng graduated with a major in Chinese Literature from Soochow University, and is now a writer. Her book, My Favorite Chinese Fairy, published by Global Kids, received the Good Books for Everyone Award Best Children’s Books of the Year.
